If you have a damaged item of jewellery it can be distressing to think that this precious possession might never be the same again. Once our assessment has been made as to its suitability for repair, you can rest assured that we will restore your jewellery to its original condition.

Using a pre-paid Special Delivery envelope supplied by LMG, you simply post the item to LMG where it will be opened in secure conditions, recorded on CCTV and digitally photographed. A full technical evaluation will then be conducted in order to produce a precise assessment of the work required.

Following your authorisation, our specialists will return the item to its original condition promptly and efficiently. We will also produce a repair guarantee certificate including digital photography.

The item will then be delivered securely to your door on a date to suit you.
